How do I cancel my subscription?

In the App Store or Google Play, wherever you manage your other subscriptions. Pupkin's parent screen has a link that opens the right page directly. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pupkin Plus until the period you have paid for runs out.

I subscribed on my phone. How do I get it on the tablet?

Sign in with the same Pupkin account and it should already be there. If it is not, use Restore Purchases on the Pupkin Plus screen. Purchases follow your store account, so use the same Apple or Google account you bought it with.

What do you hold about my child, and how do I delete it?

Everything Pupkin holds about a child is listed in the Privacy Policy, and it is a short list. Email us from the address on your account and we will send you what we have, delete it, or stop collecting anything further, whichever you ask for.

The weekly email is not arriving.

Three things to check. It may be in a spam or promotions folder. The weekly email is only sent to an email address that has been verified, so if you never followed the verification link, that is the likely cause. And it can be switched off in Pupkin's parent settings, along with the day and time it arrives.

The puppy looks sad. Did we break it?

No, and you cannot. After a few missed days the puppy's ears and tail drop, and that is as far as it ever goes. It does not get sick, run away, or die, and there is no penalty to undo. One completed session brings it back.

Can my partner see the children's progress too?

Yes. Invite them as a second guardian from the parent screen. Both of you then have equal access to every child's profile and history.

My child is younger or older than 6 to 8.

Pupkin is built for 6 to 8 and we would rather say so than stretch it. A child a little outside that may still get on fine, but the difficulty is tuned for that range.
